Welcome to the Construction Store Help Center. Construction Store connects buyers with verified construction-material vendors across Pakistan. We do not sell, deliver or take payment ourselves — you deal with the vendor directly.

How do I contact a vendor? Every listing offers three ways: Chat (message the vendor on the site), Show Mobile Number (call them directly) or Request Quote (send an RFQ and receive a price). You need to be logged in for all three.

How does a Request for Quote (RFQ) work? Fill in the items, quantities and your city on the Request Quote form and send it to a store. The vendor replies with a quote, which you can see under My RFQs in your dashboard and accept if it suits you.

How do I pay and get delivery? Payment and delivery are agreed between you and the vendor. Never pay a seller you have not verified, and prefer vendors with the Verified badge.

Can I sell on Construction Store? Yes. Any logged-in buyer can post an ad from Dashboard → My Listings. To open a full store, register as a vendor from your dashboard; our team reviews your details before your store goes live.

I forgot my password. Use "Forgot password?" on the login page — we will email you a code to set a new one. If you are logged in, you can change it from Dashboard → Profile Settings → Security.

How do I report a suspicious listing? Open the listing and click "Report this listing". Our moderation team reviews every report.
